							Osetra fine caviar canapés
													Ingredients
- Osetra Fine Caviar
 - Butter
 - Wholemeal spelt bread
 - Rosmarin
 
Preparation
- In a frying pan, melt butter over low heat. .
 - Add a sprig of fresh rosemary to flavor the butter and let it infuse for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
 - Cut whole-wheat spelt bread into slices.
 - When the butter è well flavored, remove the rosemary from the pan and add the bread slices.
 - Brown them in the butter, turning them until they are golden brown and crispy on both sides.
 - Once the bread slices are nicely toasted, remove them from the pan and spread a small amount of butter on them.
 - Add Osetra fine caviar on each slice of bread.
